Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange for all loose diamonds, as long as the stone is in original condition with certification, and has not been set.

Can I return custom-made jewellery?

Custom or engraved pieces are made just for you and are not eligible for return. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction during the design process.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — all rings come with a 12-month structural warranty. We also offer polishing, resizing, and repair services. Contact us for more details.
